EU Regulation 2016\/679).<\/p>\n<p><b>WHO IS THE CONTROLLER OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Marsilli S.p.A (from here on referred to as the<b> \u201cCompany\u201d<\/b>), with headquarters in Italy, Castelleone (CR), Via Per Ripalta Arpina 14.<\/p>\n<p>The Company is the controller of all personal data collected.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The list of persons in charge of the processing is available at the above-mentioned company headquarters.<\/p>\n<p><b>CONTACTS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>To request the contact details of the Company in charge of the processing, please send an email to the following address: privacy@marsilli.it<\/p>\n<p><b>WHICH PERSONAL DATA CAN BE COLLECTED<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The data voluntarily provided by you for selection purposes may be collected, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact details \u2013 information relative to your name, place and date of birth, address, phone number, cell phone number, email address, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Information relative to your education and training.<\/li>\n<li>Work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Interests and other information willingly provided in your CV.<\/li>\n<li>Any special category personal data, for example belonging to protected categories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>WAYS PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Company collects and processes your personal data in the following situations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>spontaneous application;<\/li>\n<li>application to our personnel selection campaigns;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you wish to update your personal data, please use the notification procedure you currently use, that is to say insert a new CV.<\/p>\n<p><b>PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA USE<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Personnel selection<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The company can process your personal data for recruitment and selection of personnel, including the recording of your CV in its database); the Company can process your contact data, in particular your email or phone number, to provide you with information regarding the selection.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Prerequisite for the processing of data is the execution of pre-contractual activities, pursuant to art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR, while the prerequisite for the processing of your special category personal data, where spontaneously provided, is <b>consent.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Consent to the processing of special category personal data is mandatory for selection purposes. Failure to consent to processing sensitive data will not allow participation in the selection as the data provided cannot be processed.<\/p>\n<p><b>HOW WE RETAIN AND PROTECT PERSONAL DATA<\/b><\/p>\n<p>All of your personal data is stored in our archive, both digital and hard copy, or in the archive of our service providers and are accessible and useable according to our standards and security policies. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The personnel authorized to process your data is adequately trained and authorized in function of the activities to be carried out and the tasks assigned.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Company applies all safety measures necessary to guarantee safety, confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal data by means of a ISO\/IEC 27001 security system.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>HOW LONG THE INFORMATION IS RETAINED<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Your personal data is stored for no longer than it is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed or for other legitimate purposes. Therefore, if your data has been processed for two separate purposes, your data is stored for a period of time equivalent to the purpose with the longer term. You may at any time exercise your rights in writing by email to <a href=\"mailto:privacy@marsilli.it\">privacy@marsilli.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>WHO CAN WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH<\/b><b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The following persons have access to your personal data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>duly authorized employees<\/li>\n<li>suppliers of services connected to the selection and the processing of the personal data provided.<\/li>\n<li>external suppliers, who support the services provided, and who will be named responsible for the processing of your data, if necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS AND THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT A CLAIM<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the GDPR, if the conditions are met, you may exercise the following rights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>access to your personal data;<\/li>\n<li>a copy of the personal data you provided (portability);<\/li>\n<li>correct the data in the Company\u2019s possession;<\/li>\n<li>delete any data for which there is no longer a legal prerequisite for its processing;<\/li>\n<li>revoke your consent;<\/li>\n<li>limit the way your personal data is processed, within the limits foreseen by the regulation;<\/li>\n<li>opposition to processing if included in the applicable regulation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The exercise of these rights is subject to a few exceptions aimed to safeguard public interest.
